In an advance program before the USU World conference itself, we’re offering special workshops on the following topics:
- Software asset management: license checking to determine the location of use
- Service specification: clear, complete and consistent with 12 attributes
- ITIL® V3: Apollo 13 - an ITSM experience

Each workshop will have no less than 8 and no more than 15 participants, allowing you to benefit from detailed discussions of experiences and practice-based knowledge transfer.
Attendance fee per intensive workshop:
499 € (plus VAT) per person for registrations made through March 31, 2010
599 € (plus VAT) per person for registrations made as of April 1, 2010
Regardless of when you register, the attendance fee covers the following:
