May 19: Evening event for all conference attendees of May 19 and 20

May 20: USU World - 2nd Conference Day
May 20: Valuemation User-Group Meeting

Attendance fee per intensive workshop:
499 € (plus VAT) per person for registrations made through March 31, 2010
599 € (plus VAT) per person for registrations made as of April 1, 2010
Regardless of when you register, the attendance fee covers the following:
  • Workshop documentation and handouts
  • Food and beverages

    Workshops: Terms and Conditions of Participation
    Minimum number of participants: 8 persons
    Maximum number of participants: 15 persons

    If the minimum number of participants have not registered for a given workshop by April 30, 2010, we reserve the right to cancel that workshop. If a workshop that you have planned to attend is canceled, you will be notified immediately.

    After submitting your registration information, you will very soon receive a Confirmation of Participation (sent by e-mail) followed by a bill for the applicable attendance fees (sent by surface mail). The amount of this bill shall be due and payable immediately upon receipt, without any discount.

    Attendance fee for the conference:
    149 € (plus VAT) per person for registrations made through March 31, 2010
    199 € (plus VAT) per person for registrations made as of April 1, 2010
    Regardless of when you register, the attendance fee covers the following:
  • Participation in USU World conference on May 19-20, 2010
  • Participation in the evening event on May 19, 2010.
  • Participation in the Valuemation User-Group Meeting
  • Conference documentation in electronic form
  • All food and beverages

    Terms and Conditions of Participation in the Conference:
    After submitting your registration information, you will very soon receive a Confirmation of Participation (sent by e-mail) followed by a bill for the applicable attendance fees (sent by surface mail). The amount of this bill shall be due and payable immediately upon receipt, without any discount.

    Cancellations (applies to participation in workshops and/or the conference itself):
    Requests for cancellation must be made in writing to Dr. Thomas Gerick, Event Manager (t.gerick@usu.de). Cancellations will only be accepted free of charge through April 30, 2010. After this date, one half of the attendance fee(s) shall remain due and payable. If the person registered to participate does not attend or if a cancellation is made on the first day of the event, the entire attendance fee(s) shall still remain due and payable. However, we would be pleased to welcome a substitute participant at no extra charge. The event organizers reserve the right to make changes in the scheduled program should urgent, compelling reasons to do so arise.
