WebEvents: ITIL v3 - An Overview
In this WebEvent, you'll find out how ITIL V3 differs from the previous ITIL best practices and how you can effectively support your IT service processes with Valuemation.

Objective
In May 2007, German IT industry publication "Computer Zeitung" reported that ITIL V3 was being received with open arms all over the world. That really shouldn't come as a surprise. The degree of dependency of business processes on IT devices is growing. This means that professional management of IT services is also indispensable. Moreover, the use of ITIL can cut costs by up to 20% while, at the same time, increasing service quality. The official German edition of Version 3 of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) will appear in the summer of 2008. In preparation for this, our USU WebEvent will give you a early look at ITIL V3 and what it means for your service support processes. We'll also show you some cases where you can use Valuemation to implement ITIL processes.

What's more, as part of our Valuemation Academy we also offer a two-day open seminar in which you can acquire detailed knowledge of the new features in ITIL V3 compared to ITIL V2. To get additional information on this seminar, please go to our Events/Training section.
