WebEvents: Business Service Management
In this WebEvent, you'll find out how to continuously monitor your processes and IT infrastructure in order to safeguard the business processes critical for your success.

Objective
The primary job of IT managers is to ensure the availability and continuous monitoring of business processes. The focus here is on managing resources, process flows and service levels. To help you do this, we now have two new modules available: our Monitoring Manager and SLA Manager. Due to the integration of ZIS-System into the Valuemation suite, information on processes is now linked with information on the IT infrastructure.
