Knowledge management is only actually successful in practice when the interaction between the people, the organization and the technology is beneficial and smooth. Working with our customer, we develop concrete goals, analyze the current situation and devise measures to truly extract the full potential from well-applied knowledge management. We use a very practical approach in which we observe employee behavior/motivation just as closely as the structure of the organization, the human resources department as well as the corporate culture and strategy. We can also offer a selection of suitable technologies.
The process model that USU uses for implementing knowledge management is based on its considerable experience in over 300 projects, some of them very complex, over the past 10 years.
