The Valuemation Monitoring Manager is based on the proven technology of ZIS-System from the USU subsidiary LeuTek GmbH. It's an integrated solution for monitoring all IT systems and applications in your enterprise - regardless of platform. The Valuemation Monitoring Manager serves as a comprehensive "umbrella system" for merging data from the greatest variety of monitoring systems. The graphical depiction can be freely defined as needed, from showing a general, high-granularity system topography down to a detailed view for IT managers.
Traffic-light status functionalities inform you of faults and malfunctions, and drill-down functions let you retrieve the exact data needed for problem analysis. The graphical depictions and correlation of the monitoring information give you valuable information on the availability of business processes. The integrated alarm ("interrupt") management and the embedded operating interfaces permit rapid fault analysis and correction. Close integration with the Incident/Problem Manager and Change Manager ensures that the modifications to the infrastructure made by means of change processes are documented in the CMDB in conformance with ITIL standards.
