| WebEvents: Knowledge Portals |
In this WebEvent, you'll find out how to productively apply knowledge in social-service organizations and how to foster collaboration within and among such institutions.
Objective In daily team-based work, there is often a lack of work platforms where common schedules and work results can be managed or where guidelines, laws, contact persons and other information can be stored together for ready access. These different types of data are often stored in different places, making it difficult and time-consuming to locate them. We'll show you some ways in which you can effectively promote collaboration within social-service organizations and ensure a common level of knowledge among all concerned. This event is intended for managers and personnel in social-service organizations who are active in the following areas: project work, working groups and specialist groups, collaboration within institutions as well as cooperation with outside ones, such as family support and counseling centers.
