| WebEvents: Enterprise Search |
In this WebEvent, you'll find out how you can use the USU KnowledgeCenter to optimize company-wide searches (enterprise searches) and make available other instruments for structuring and providing information.
Objective These days, growing amounts of data make providing necessary information that is up-to-date and targeted to different user groups a major challenge for companies. By integrating our Enterprise Search system into your already existing portal infrastructure, you'll be able to use an intelligent meta-search engine to access information from diverse sources. During each search, the USU KnowledgeMiner learns from user interaction what document provided the solution. This means that the accuracy of search results ("hit accuracy") continually increases in a self-optimized manner - for the benefit of all users.
